2023年12月19日11时46分许，山西省朔州市怀仁市山西怀仁中能芦子沟煤业有限责任公司矿井发生一起顶板事故，造成1人受伤，送医后抢救无效死亡。怀仁市应急管理局立即责令该矿停产整顿。经初步了解，该矿作业人员在3204低位抽采巷施工锚索时，顶板局部垮落将其砸伤，具体原因有待进一步调查。
