据@大湾区之声消息，据港媒报道，有关香港理工大学2019年11月的示威冲突，5名涉案学生早前承认串谋参与暴动罪，法官黄士翔今日（13日）于区域法院判处5人入狱35至38个月。黄士翔表示，虽然被告求情时称受到传媒渲染，但正因如此，法庭须判处阻吓性刑罚。
