瑞银集团12月7日发布声明称，继6月瑞银集团有限公司（UBS Group AG）与瑞士信贷集团有限公司（Credit Suisse Group AG）两家控股公司合并后，瑞银董事会今日批准瑞士银行有限公司（UBS AG）与瑞士信贷有限公司（Credit Suisse AG）合并。经各自董事会批准，两家公司已签署最终合并协议。
合并预计于2024年完成，但需获得监管机构批准。
