12月7日晚间，海南海药股份有限公司（以下简称“海南海药”）发布关于诉讼的进展公告。
因合同纠纷，兴业财富资产管理有限公司将海南海药告上法庭。法院判决海南海药于判决生效之日起十日内向原告兴业财富资产管理有限公司支付转让基本价款、溢价款共计人民币208.366,921.83元。（深交所）
