12月7日，贵州省黔东南州住房公积金管理中心发布《黔东南州住房公积金管理中心关于执行 住房公积金“又提又贷”政策的通知》，政策执行时间为2024年1月1日至2024年6月30日。
通知明确了适用“又提又贷”政策的条件。对在黔东南州行政区域内购买自住住房的缴存人，在其住房公积金账户保留6个月缴存额的前提下，可申请提取不高于20%的购房首付款后，同时还可以申请住房公积金贷款。
