（本报海南讯 通讯员 刘健豪）12月4日，中铁四局建筑公司承建的海南比勒费尔德应用科技大学（一期）一标段项目正式开工建设。
该项目位于海南洋浦经济开发区，总建筑面积约10.74万平方米，建设内容主要包括4栋公共教学楼，建设工期450天，投入使用满足2500名学生的办学要求。
