近日，山东海运股份有限公司（以下简称“山东海运”）发布公告称，发生新增借款超过上年末净资产的20%事项。
公告显示，山东海运2022年末净资产为50.98亿元，2022年末有息债务余额为122.92亿元；截至2023年第三季度末，有息债务余额为145.96亿元，新增借款金额为23.04亿元，占公司上年末净资产的45.19%。
