国家能源局官微消息，国家发展改革委、国家能源局公告，为加强抽水蓄能行业管理，规范抽水蓄能电站开发建设，促进抽水蓄能高质量发展，结合抽水蓄能的新形势新情况以及近年来的工作实践，两部门起草了《抽水蓄能电站开发建设管理暂行办法（征求意见稿）》，现向社会公开征求意见。
