江瀚新材近期接受投资者调研时称，功能性硅烷项目正在分批建设，部分生产线已经建成，预计2024年全部建成；科研中心项目主体已经封顶，预计2024年建成；其他项目已完成道路和地下管网施工，厂房土建工程及后续设备安装工程将在办完全部许可、审核、备案手续后开工，预计2025年建成。
