11月20日，中国能建云南院勘察设计的云南省昭通市永善县海子山光伏发电项目接网工程投产。
该项目起于昭通市永善县海子山光伏电站220千伏升压站，止于昭通市昭阳区500千伏明通变电站，线路全长32公里。项目投产后，可将海子山光伏电站所发电量送至昭通主网进行电能消纳，年均消纳电量约2.38亿度。
