苏豪弘业11月22日公告，公司9月23日披露了公司与香港石化的诉讼事项，后双方拟通过其他方式解决争议，公司撤销了该项诉讼。近日，公司就该事项在香港提起临时仲裁，并向香港国际仲裁中心请求决定仲裁员人数和委任仲裁员。11月21日，香港国际仲裁中心回函已收到公司的申请。
