韩国Kosdaq指数大涨3.5%，此前韩国宣布将禁止卖空。11月5日，韩国金融服务委员会11月5日表示，从周一到2024年6月底，Kospi200指数和Kosdaq150指数的股票将禁止出售借入股票。新冠时期对这两个指数的卖空限制在5月份才被取消，而对大约2000种股票的禁令仍在实施。
