河頭老街将实行周六周日及法定节假日期间凭门票入园政策（门票价格拟定38元/人）。周一至周五实行免费对外开放政策。2023年国庆期间（10月1日-10月8日）凭门票入园。
河頭老街将于10月1日下午4:30分对外进入试运营阶段，到10月22日晚试运营结束。结束后河頭老街景区将继续进行二期未完成的工程提升改造。暂定春节前正式对外全面开放。
每日营业时间为10：00-23：00
