贵阳网·甲秀新闻讯 9月28日，贵阳地铁3号线开展试运行工作。作为地铁3号线运营指挥的“中枢神经”，中曹司控制中心是3号线行车组织、施工组织、故障抢修、信息收发的中心，也是处理突发运营事故事件的应急指挥中心。全线的设备故障、突发事件都是通过调度员在指挥协调下开展应急处置工作。
