北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩）9月26日，北京链家下调中介费后，其他中介机构是否会跟进？北京商报记者从21世纪不动产获悉，目前21世纪不动产对于二手房买卖业务，按照成交总价2%的标准收取佣金。
21世纪不动产透露，对于老客户、连环单等，还会有基于此基础上的更多优惠。"该标准为我们综合多方因素后制定的，从目前执行情况来看，是较为合理的。"
