步骤如下：
❶ 把公司的组织架构复制到 PPT 里。
❷ 按 tab 键分级，按一下是一级，按两下是两级。
❸ 选中文本框，点击右键，转换为 smartart，选择合适的组织架构图，调整样式和布局就搞定了。
