加拿大航空9月7日宣布，已从加拿大出口发展局（EDC）预付了约4.62亿美元的贷款，这些贷款曾被加航用于资助其购买14架空中客车A220-300飞机。这笔预付款于2023年8月30日付清，同时还需支付应计利息和中断费用。此外，公司还预付了由美国进出口银行（ExIm）支持的约1.27亿美元的融资，这些融资之前曾被加航用于为其购买四架波音787-8飞机提供资金。这笔预付款于2023年9月6日付清，并须支付应计利息。
