9月4日，新加坡金融管理局在官网宣布，新加坡总统任命Chia Der Jiun为金管局董事总经理（候任），任期为2023年11月1日至2023年12月31日；并任命他为金管局董事总经理，任期从2024年1月1日至2026年5月31日。Chia Der Jiun还将于2024年1月1日起加入金管局董事会。Chia Der Jiun接替孟文能（Ravi Menon）的职位，后者将于2023年12月31日从新加坡公共服务部门退休，并不再担任新加坡金管局董事总经理及董事会董事。
