8月30日，全日空航空官微发布通知，复航方面，10月2日起，上海浦东⇔东京成田NH959/NH960每周一、二、五运航，现已开售；上海浦东⇔大阪关西NH975/NH976每周一、二、五、六运航，周一、五、六运行航班现已开售，周二航班自10月10日起复航，预计9月1日起售。增班方面，10月10日起，上海浦东⇔大阪关西NH973/NH974将增加周二航班，每周4趟往返，预计9月1日起售。
