2023年2月28日，老乡鸡上交所主板IPO申请获受理；3月31日，接受问询；8月23日，老乡鸡宣布主动撤单；8月28日，上交所终止其发行上市审核。这已经是老乡鸡第三次冲击IPO了，去年5月、10月老乡鸡曾两次递交招股书。
