彭博8月21日消息，知情人士透露，杜邦公司正在进行深入磋商，拟以约18亿美元向私募股权公司The Jordan Company出售Delrin树脂业务子公司 。因消息未公开而不愿具名的知情人士称，这一收购交易最快本周宣布。但目前还没有最终决定，谈判可能仍会破裂。
杜邦的一位代表拒绝置评，Jordan的发言人未回应置评请求。
