川沙六灶社区鹿祥雅苑新建动迁安置房小区近日正式获得住宅交付使用许可证，分房回搬即将启动，恭喜在外漂泊多年的动迁户们，可以入住自己的新家了。
鹿祥雅苑位于六灶聚溪路211弄，共建有8栋高层住宅。目前，六灶社区内的鹿康雅苑和怡城雅苑两个安置房小区也已建成，等待手续完备后即可启动回搬分房流程。
