2023年8月14日，港股汽车股集体下挫，新能源车迎来降价潮。截至9：44，小鹏汽车跌超6%，比亚迪股份跌超5%，理想汽车、蔚来、长城汽车跌超4%，东风集团、零跑汽车、北京汽车、吉利汽车、广汽集团跌超3%。
消息面上，据不完全统计，8月以来，已有极氪、蔚来、零跑、哪吒等10个品牌官宣了促销活动。乘联会判断，车市促销现象仍将持续存在，并且不排除部分车企出现逆周期的加码促销现象。
