观点网讯：8月10日消息，Coach母公司Tapestry集团以85亿美元的价格，与时尚集团Carpi达成收购协议。
按此价格，Tapestry收购Carpi的每股股价达到57美元。在交易落地前，Carpi前一交易日每股股价为54.9美元。
除Coach外，Tapestry旗下还有品牌Kate Spade、Stuart Weitzman。而Carpi集团拥有品牌Michael Kors、Jimmy Choo、Versace。
据此前报道，该笔交易双方已磋商数月。
