新京报讯 （记者徐倩）8月7日，金地集团发布2023年7月份销售情况。公告显示，7月单月，金地集团实现签约面积59.0万平方米，同比下降20.43%；签约金额105.1亿元，同比下降43.37%。
整体来看，今年前7个月，金地集团累计实现签约面积530.0万平方米，同比上升7.44%；签约金额963.3亿元，同比下降19.16%。
