7月6日，河南周口。网传两女子因品牌活动问题与蜜雪冰城工作人员起冲突，事后双方上升为肢体冲突，两名女子摔下台阶。9日，门店负责人表示：当时是顾客点的某饮品配料售罄，服务人员与其商量更换，醉酒顾客不满意，率先动手打人。他还表示：事发之后双方到派出所解决此事，后签订了和解协议，双方并未受伤。
