智通财经APP讯，超凡网络(08121)发布公告，公司的英文名称及其中文双重外文名称已分别由“Guru Online (Holdings)Limited”及“超凡网络(控股)有限公司”更改为“Guoen Holdings Limited”及为“国恩控股有限公司”。
于更改公司名称后，公司用作于联交所进行股票买卖的英文股份简称将由“GURU ONLINE”更改为“GUOENHOLDINGS”并将中文股份简称由“超凡网络”更改为“国恩控股”，自2023年6月15日上午9时正起生效。公司于联交所之股份代号则以“8121”维持不变。
