泓淋电力5月16日公告，为提高公司产能，实现智能制造的发展方向，公司拟使用超募资金2.80亿元投资建设电源连接装置-泰国生产基地扩建项目，本项目建成后，预计未来10年将为公司新增产值16.23亿元，年均净利润1.17亿元，整体经济效益良好。
同日公告，公司拟用使用累计不超过2亿元超募资金进行现金管理。
