帝都有擅酿酒者，名曰“京A”，1200公里外的魔都有擅制面者，名曰“Yaya’s”，“ya”是牙齿的牙，可见他们做的面有多么的“弹牙”！

都市霓虹灯下的红男绿女在饥肠辘辘的午夜最需要的是什么？当然是一碗热气腾腾、香气四溢的面！Yaya’s的故事从上海东湖路的一个小窗口开始，用劲道有嚼劲的手工面条和富含创意的浇头抚慰着都市男女挑剔的味蕾。

创新的浇头是Yaya’s和中国之间的不解之缘，你除了可以期待一碗水准之上的意式肉酱面，还可以吃到使用了新疆香料慢炖的羊肉，甚至还有帕玛森奶酪与麻婆豆腐带来的中西碰撞。

5月11日，也就是下周四，Yaya’s的小伙伴们坐着复兴号来到了帝都隆福寺，从下午5点起接管京A厨房。届时，除了奉上爽口弹牙的招牌Yaya’s意面之外，还有使用了京A精酿的特调鸡尾酒以及最重磅的神秘合作款披萨都将在当天等待你的品尝。

Yaya’s Pasta is the brainchild of three Shanghai-based foodies who bring their passion for local and international flavours to the plate through the humble noodle. Like us beer-folk at Jing-A, they share a belief in the power of simple ingredients to spark joy, start conversations and form life-long memories. So, we’re very excited to host them in our Longfusi Taproom on May 11th! Beijing pasta lovers, you’re in for a treat!

For many of us, a bowl of noodles in the wee hours of the morning is the perfect end to a big night. With this important piece of (hard-won) information in hand, the founders launched their first iteration of Yaya’s from a small window on Donghu Road, adjacent to a nightclub. Serving chewy hand-made noodles paired with ridiculously delicious toppings, they soon made a name for themselves amongst Shanghai’s [ahem] sensory experience chasers. Last year, they launched their own “proper” restaurant, and the rest, they say, is history.

At Jing-A, we are generally loathe to describe anything as “east-meets-west”… because it’s descriptively lazy and geographically nonsensical. So we won’t. But, what you can expect is an incredible collection of flavours and dishes inspired by the founders’ multi-cultural backgrounds, lived experiences, and highly trained palates—from handmade pappardelle topped with slow-cooked Xinjiang-spiced lamb ragu to mapo tofu lasagna.

Next Thursday, May 11th, join us from 5PM onward, along with Yaya’s Pasta, at Jing-A Taproom Longfusi,for an evening of incredible pasta, craft beer, cocktails… and onevery mysterious collaboration pizza.
