“淄博烧烤”为什么会这么火？

想象一下，初夏的夜晚，吹着小风，喝着啤酒，手里拿个小饼，把烤的滋滋冒油、边缘微微焦化的肉串一把撸下，再配上新鲜翠绿的山东小葱，一口入魂~

而且是一桌一炉，边烤边吃，光是想想就馋哭了！听说附近的大学生都坐着高铁去打卡了，咱这外卖它瞬间就不香了……

这种特色烧烤来自山东淄博，目前淄博烧烤俨然已是现象级烧烤顶流

淄博烧烤的主料是肉串，英文叫做grilled/roastedmeat skewers，在中国比较常见，东北烧烤和新疆烧烤也都是这种形式。

英语里烤肉串更常用的名称叫做kebab或kebob，这种还包括加入洋葱、辣椒等蔬菜的肉串。

淄博烧烤到底有多火呢？
