科大讯飞4月20日公告，2022年，公司实现营业收入188.2亿元，同比上涨2.77%；归母净利润5.61亿元，同比下滑63.94%；基本每股收益0.24元。本次拟向全体股东按每10股派息1元（含税）。
业绩变动系公司持股的三人行、寒武纪、商汤等金融资产因股价波动导致公允价值变动收益金额较上年同期减少5.82亿元。公司均为上述三家上市公司最早的原始机构股东，这些公司的市值变动不影响讯飞基本面。
