4月8日，CBA官方公布了本赛季常规赛最佳一阵、二阵以及国际球员阵容。其中，王哲林（上海久事）、张镇麟（辽宁本钢）、贺希宁（深圳马可波罗）、赵继伟（辽宁本钢）、吴前 （浙江稠州金租）入选最佳阵容一阵。
国内球员第二阵容则是崔永熙（广州龙狮）、易建联 （广东东莞大益）、刘泽一（浙江稠州金租）、徐杰（广东东莞大益）、孙铭徽（浙江东阳光）。
最佳国际球员阵容则是萨林杰（深圳马可波罗）、马尚（广东东莞大益）、布莱克尼（苏州肯帝亚）、琼斯（吉林九台农商银行）、弗格（辽宁本钢）。
