天眼查App显示，近日，特斯拉（上海）有限公司新增一则二审开庭公告，案由为名誉权纠纷，上诉人为叶某某，案件将于3月28日在浙江省温州市中级人民法院开庭审理。
2022年，特斯拉（上海）有限公司曾因名誉权纠纷起诉叶某某。相关开庭公告显示，该案于2022年8月、11月两次开庭。目前，案件一审判决书暂未公布。
