闻泰科技3月20日在互动平台表示，公司已布局了第三代化合物半导体，主要聚焦于由减少碳排放和绿色能源所带来技术机遇，更加注重功率器件，以增强和扩展半导体产品组合，提供更多复杂的高功率产品，包括SiC与GaN。公司暂无氧化镓相关产品，公司会持续关注半导体新技术。
