3月16日，国务院新闻办公室发布《新时代的中国网络法治建设》白皮书，并举行新闻发布会介绍白皮书有关情况。国家互联网信息办公室副主任曹淑敏介绍，白皮书系统总结了1994年中国全功能接入国际互联网以来，特别是新时代以来网络法治建设理念和实践，为全球互联网治理提供了中国方案、贡献了中国智慧。
