洛阳市气象局回复：前期洛阳市气温偏高，旱情持续发展，气象部门严阵以待，密切跟踪天气变化。因人工增雨需要一定的天气条件，在监测到有适合的水汽和气流条件时将立即开展人工增雨(雪)作业。
