路透社3月7日消息，当地时间周二，德国总理朔尔茨在德国地方公用事业协会（VKU）发表演讲称，“我们没有忘记去碳化的目标”，德国将新建可使用氢气运行的燃气发电厂，旨在确保稳定供应。
根据准备好的演讲稿，朔尔茨称新工厂的容量将是17至21千兆瓦。
