张玉正，天津人，籍贯蠡县，主任舞台技师。家学渊源，幼承庭训，髫嗜翰墨，少负才名，以书画为乐，通文史、善诗文、习书法、工理论。临古今书法名帖，行、楷、隶、篆、草均有较深造诣，尤善行书，其作品潇洒跌宕，气韵连贯，给人以儒雅、从容之美。
