据人民日报消息，今天（2月9日），国务院联防联控机制举行新闻发布会。
总的来看，当前全国疫情形势总体平稳，学校疫情防控政策已经明确，各地开学准备基本到位。今年春季，全国学校能够实现如期正常安全开学，如无特殊情况学校一般不提前开学，如无疫情风险学生一般不延迟返校。
