易事特2月2日收到深交所监管函，因在对2019年通讯设备及材料业务进行财务处理时对部分应采用“净额法”确认收入的业务采用“总额法”确认收入，公司对2019年年度财务报表及2019年前三季度财务报表进行了追溯调整，其中，调减2019年营业收入5.27亿元，占调整前营业收入的13.6%。上述事项违反规定。
