1月30日，塞尔维亚总统亚历山大·武契奇在与捷克同事米洛什·泽曼的联合新闻发布会上称，塞尔维亚将在战争结束后参与乌克兰城市的重建。
据他介绍，塞尔维亚以各种方式向乌克兰提供了人道主义援助，并打算继续大规模提供这种援助。
