据中国国家铁路集团有限公司网站1月29日消息，2022年，全国铁路完成固定资产投资7109亿元，投产新线4100公里，其中高铁2082公里，圆满完成了年度铁路建设任务。截至2022年底，全国铁路营业里程达到15.5万公里，其中高铁4.2万公里。
2023年，全路预计投产新线3000公里以上，其中高铁2500公里。
