据《内华达独立报》1月23日报道，美国内华达州新任州长隆巴多在其首次州情咨文演说中透露，特斯拉将公布在该州北部新建一个35亿美元汽车制造厂的计划，以生产全电动卡车Semi Truck。目前还不清楚州政府是否会为该公司提供税收减免或其他激励措施。
