兰石重装1月13日公告，张俭因工作调整原因，申请辞去公司副总经理职务。根据有关规定，张俭辞去副总经理的申请自送达公司董事会之日起生效，辞职后，张俭将不再担任公司的任何职务。截止公告披露日，张俭未持有公司股份，亦不存在应履行而未履行的承诺事项。
