1月6日，一艘杂货船“Sea Express”号在印度蒙德拉港作业时失去稳性，先左倾，后右倾，最后船体向右倾斜，部分集装箱落水，所幸没有造成人员伤亡。
17500在载重吨杂货船“Sea Express”号悬挂巴拿马国旗，建于1999年，由阿联酋Nan Lian Ship Management管理，Sea Express Line所有。
据当地媒体报道，事故发生约五个小时后船舶稳定下来。地方当局正在调查事故原因。
