中国经济网常德1月6日综合报道 常德市委办公室网站更新显示，邓碧波任常德市委副秘书长、市委办副主任（兼）。
邓碧波，男，汉族，湖南汉寿县人。1976年8月出生，1998年10月参加工作，1998年6月加入中国共产党，硕士学位。曾任石门县委副书记、县长，2022年1月任石门县委书记，2022年9月不再担任石门县委书记职务。
