2014年2月至2017年2月期间，海丰县彭湃纪念医院工会多次违规给职工代表大会参会代表发放履职费，共计25.24万元。该医院工会主席林细胄负有直接责任。林细胄还存在其他严重违纪违法问题。2022年9月，林细胄受到开除党籍处分。
