乐居买房讯根据厦门网上房地产数据显示，2022年下半年，厦门二手房成交14798套，一手住宅共成交10553套，月均成交1758套，日均成交57套，环比下降10.64%，同比下跌16.85%。面积方面，2022年上半年一手房成交180万平，一手住宅住宅成交面积为112.85万平，环比下跌6.87%，同比下跌16.36%。
从月份上看，10月成交最低1434套，7月成交最多2285套，年底成交缓慢回升。
