格隆汇12月30日丨三峰环境(601827.SH)公布，公司与控股股东重庆德润环境有限公司(简称“德润环境”)共同向泸州市兴泸环境集团有限公司(简称“兴泸环境”)增资。其中，公司拟以人民币现金2.458亿元增资兴泸环境，增资后持股比例20%；德润环境拟以现金6145.5487万元增资兴泸环境，增资后持股比例5%。
