韩联社12月27日报道，据韩国法制处27日消息，关于私法和行政领域统一按周岁计算年龄的法律当天颁布。
据法制处介绍，根据新修改的《行政基本法》和《民法》，按周岁计龄法将于明年6月28日起正式施行。法制处当天将为该法举行颁布仪式。
法制处表示，除非有特别规定，否则法令、合同、公文等文件将以按周岁计龄为原则标注年龄。该举措有望减少围绕年龄的不必要法律争议。
